Ingredients:
- 1 kg Duck
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 piece Ginger (sliced)
- 5 Green Chilly (sliced)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
- Coriander Leaves (chopped, to garnish)
How to make Duck Curry:
- Cut the duck into pieces.
- Grind chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and tomato into a nice paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, onions, green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Shallow fry.
- Add meat with enough water. Flavor with salt.
- Stir in garam masala and tomato paste. Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
