Easy Mix Butter Cake Recipe

• 2 cups Cake Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 125 g Butter
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2/3 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• Beat eggs, sugar, and butter together until well-blended and sugar has melted completely.
• Add flour, milk and vanilla. Beat well.
• Butter a cake tin and line with greaseproof paper on the base.
• Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
• Remove and serve after cooling for a while.
