Ingredients:
  • 4 boiled Eggs
  • 1 small Onion
  • Pepper Powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Green Chilly (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
How to make Egg Pepper:
  • Slice eggs into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the onions.
  • Stir in salt and pepper. Fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add eggs and cook until they turn light brown. Sprinkle more pepper on the top.
  • Serve hot.
