Ingredients:
- 4 boiled Eggs
- 1 small Onion
- Pepper Powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 Green Chilly (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil
How to make Egg Pepper:
- Slice eggs into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the onions.
- Stir in salt and pepper. Fry for 30 seconds.
- Add eggs and cook until they turn light brown. Sprinkle more pepper on the top.
- Serve hot.
