Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs (hard boiled)
- 2 small Onions (chopped)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (grounded)
- ¾ cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 dried Red Chilies
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
How to make Egg Vindaloo:
- Grind red chilies, ginger & garlic paste, cumin seeds, and vinegar together into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.
- Add the paste and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in sugar, garam masala, and eggs. Simmer til it forms into a thick gravy.
- Serve hot.
