Ingredients:
  • 5 Eggs (hard boiled)
  • 2 small Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala (grounded)
  • ¾ cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 dried Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
How to make Egg Vindaloo:
  • Grind red chilies, ginger & garlic paste, cumin seeds, and vinegar together into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.
  • Add the paste and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Stir in sugar, garam masala, and eggs. Simmer til it forms into a thick gravy.
  • Serve hot.
