Ingredients:
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- Handful of Parsley
- 1 Pita Bread, toasted
- ½ Lemon
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¾ cup, Seedless Cucumber, chopped
- ½ Red Pepper, chopped
- ¼ Sweet Onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
How to make Fatoush Salad:
- Toast the pita bread and let it cool. Cut it in small pieces.
- Take another bowl and mix chopped cucumber, chopped pepper, chopped sweet onion and parsley.
- Now, add lettuce in it and squeeze half lemon in it, along with extra virgin oil.
- Put salt and pepper in it as per taste, along with pita croutons.
- Toss the salad and serve.
