Ingredients:
  • 12 Bread Slices
  • 125 g Fish Fillets
  • ½ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt (to taste)

    For the Chutney:
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Green Chilly
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Small piece of Ginger
  • 2 tsp Grams (roasted)
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Fish Sandwich:
  • Combine fish fillets, lemon juice, pepper powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Steam the fish for 10 minutes and cut into small pieces.
  • Grind all the ingredients of the chutney finely.
  • Smear one side of a bread slice with chutney and place some fish mixture.
  • Cover with the bread slice and press slightly to secure.
  • Repeat with the remaining bread slices and fish mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
