Ingredients:
- 1 Green Pepper (Large)
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4 Jalapeño Peppers (fresh)
- 16 oz Garbanzo Beans (Drained)
- 16 oz Banana Peppers (Drained)
- 2 tbsp Black Pepper (Ground)
- ¼ cup Sesame and Olive Sauce (Tahini)
How to make Pepper Hummus:
- Clean the peppers of seeds and cut it ¼ on the top.
- Chop the top part of the pepper and grind it with all the ingredients.
- Take the paste called hummus and set it inside the peppers
- Garnish with green coriander.
- Ready to Serve.
