Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg Black Grapes (fresh)
  • 1/4 kg Green Grapes (fresh)
  • 4 Plums
  • Sugar to taste
How to make Fresh Grapes:
  • Add both the grapes and blend in a mixer.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve to get a thick puree.
  • Peel the plums. Chop into pieces and add one cup water and churn in blender.
  • Stain the pulp.
  • Mix the grapes puree and the plum puree.
  • Add sugar to taste and blend once again.
  • Serve chilled.
