Ingredients:
- 1 block Tofu (firm)
- 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
How to make Fried Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into ½-inch cubes.
- Take a small bowl and combine tofu, flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast in it. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
- Take a pan and heat oil on medium flame.
- Add mixed ingredients and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally till the tofu cubes turn brown and light crispy.
- Serve hot.
