Ingredients:
  • 1 block Tofu (firm)
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
How to make Fried Tofu:
  • Cut the tofu into ½-inch cubes.
  • Take a small bowl and combine tofu, flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast in it. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
  • Take a pan and heat oil on medium flame.
  • Add mixed ingredients and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally till the tofu cubes turn brown and light crispy.
  • Serve hot.
