Ingredients:
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
How to make Fried Tomatoes:
  • Cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry on both sides on medium to high flame until it is cooked.
  • Pour it into bowl and flavor it with cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve it with crispy moroccan bread.
