Ingredients:
- 1 cup Celery (sliced)
- 11 oz Oranges (peeled & drained)
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 8 oz Orange Flavored Yogurt
- 8 oz Pineapple (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Banana (peeled & sliced)
- 3 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Fruit and Nut Coleslaw:
- Reserve 2 tbsp of pineapple juice.
- Chop pineapple into thin slices and keep it in a large bowl.
- Now take another medium bowl, add reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice.
- Toss it with banana.
- Add all the mixture to the large bowl containing pineapple.
- Mix cabbage, celery, oranges, walnuts and raisins.
- Combine it well.
- Take a blender and mix yogurt with salt.
- Pour the mixture into the large bowl.
- Add cabbage to the content.
- Refrigerate it and enjoy chilled.
