Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Celery (sliced)
  • 11 oz Oranges (peeled & drained)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 8 oz Orange Flavored Yogurt
  • 8 oz Pineapple (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Banana (peeled & sliced)
  • 3 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Fruit and Nut Coleslaw:
  • Reserve 2 tbsp of pineapple juice.
  • Chop pineapple into thin slices and keep it in a large bowl.
  • Now take another medium bowl, add reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice.
  • Toss it with banana.
  • Add all the mixture to the large bowl containing pineapple.
  • Mix cabbage, celery, oranges, walnuts and raisins.
  • Combine it well.
  • Take a blender and mix yogurt with salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the large bowl.
  • Add cabbage to the content.
  • Refrigerate it and enjoy chilled.
