Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1½ cup Uncooked Bulgur
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1 cup Prunes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Dried Apples (chopped)
  • 4 cups Vegetable Stock
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg (ground)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • ¼ tsp Coriander (ground)
How to make Fruit Couscous:
  • Preheat the oven at 350°F.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it is cooked.
  • Pour into bulgur and cook until it turns golden brown. Then take it off.
  • Put in remaining ingredients and bake it covered for 50-60 min.
