Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- 1½ cup Uncooked Bulgur
- 1 cup Dried Apricots
- 1 cup Prunes (chopped)
- 1 cup Dried Apples (chopped)
- 4 cups Vegetable Stock
- ½ tsp Nutmeg (ground)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- ¼ tsp Coriander (ground)
How to make Fruit Couscous:
- Preheat the oven at 350°F.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it is cooked.
- Pour into bulgur and cook until it turns golden brown. Then take it off.
- Put in remaining ingredients and bake it covered for 50-60 min.
