Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100g Garlic Pods
- 50g Red Chilli Powder
- 25g Ginger Powder (dry)
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 500g Raw Mango Pieces
- 100g Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Hing
- 50g Mustard Seeds
How to make Garlic Mango Pickle:
- Take a frying pan and fry garlic pods.
- Heat mustard oil and allow it to cool.
- Overnight marinate the mango pieces with haldi and salt.
- Now remove water from the content; dry it in sunshine.
- Take a large bowl, mix all the mango pieces, garlic pods, spices and oil.
- Spoon it into a jar and store it for a week.
- Enjoy the pickle with rice or chappatis.
