Ingredients:
  • 2½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 cup shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 8 large fresh Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp sliced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
How to make Garlic Pepper Shrimp:
  • Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a pan over high heat. Fry cabbage for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
  • Transfer cabbage on a serving platter.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over high heat. Cook garlic for 40 seconds. Add shrimp and simmer until it turns pink.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Place over the cabbage and serve hot.
