Ingredients:
  • 1¼ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
How to make Ginger Ice Cream:
  • Take water with sugar, ginger in a pan and cook it for 3-4 min making into syrup. Keep it stirring frequently. Then let it cool.
  • Heat milk with cream in a fresh pan and add remaining sugar and syrup to it. Then keep it aside for around 15 min to get the aroma assorted. Strain the mixture ignoring ginger solids.
  • Take the eggs with milk mixture in a bowl and beat it very nicely.
  • Heat the milk mixture again in a pan stirring frequently until it thickens. Then let it cool and refrigerate it.
  • Serve it chilled.
