Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
- ½ tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Wheat Dough
- ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Butter or Ghee
How to make Gobi Paratha:
- First Chop the Gobi into pieces and blend it, add 1 tsp salt and keep it aside for 10 Min.
- Take a bowl take out the water form gobi and mix all the ingredients together except butter and wheat dough.
- Now roll the wheat dough in small size and apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of gobi mixture on it and cover the wheat dove form all the sides properly.
- Slowly roll it in a medium size like chapatti, Keep it on hot pan and cook both the side applying pure ghee or butter.
