Ingredients:
- 2 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Avocado (peeled and cubed)
- 4 cups Mixed Salad Greens
- ½ cup Almonds (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 pinch of White Sugar
- 1 tsp Parsley (Fresh and Chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper (Grounded)
How to make Great Green Salad:
- Take a large glass bowl and mix mustard, white wine vinegar, pepper, sugar, parsley, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Add avocado too.
- Now toss salad greens with sugar and salt.
- Toss the whole thing together and garnish it with almonds and cheese.
Suggestions:
Serve alone or with main course meal.
