Ingredients:
- 910 g Beef (grounded)
- 1 big Onion
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 stems of Curry Leaves
- Chili Powder (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Fennel Powder
- 1 tsp Meat Masala
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Ground Beef Curry:
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onion and ginger-garlic paste.
- Stir in curry leaves, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, meat masala, and fennel powder. Saute for few minutes.
- Add in tomatoes and cook.
- Pour some water, along with coconut milk.
- Flavor with salt.
- Shape the ground meat into small balls and put in the gravy. Cover the pan and cook until the meat turns tender.
- Pour in more water, if required.
- Uncover the pan and cook until the gravy turns thick.
- Serve hot with chapattis.
