Ingredients:
- 1 salted Duck Egg (hard-cooked)
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp White Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 head Broccoli (cut into florets)
How to make Ground Pork Cake With Salty Egg:
- Separate the duck egg yolk from the egg white.
- Blend the duck egg white in a food processor. Cut the yolk into four pieces.
- In a bowl mix the ground pork, duck egg white, egg, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper and milk.
- Allow it to stand for 15 minutes.
- Take the salted duck egg yolk and put rub on the pork. Smooth the top of the pork till it is even.
- Top the chops with the broccoli florets.
- Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes until the meat is browned.
- Serve with rice.
