- 12 oz frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Ham (cooked and diced)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy Whipping Cream
