Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Ground Ham
- 1 1/2 pounds pork (ground)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup dried Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Milk (evaporated)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
How to make Ham Loaf:
- Mix the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly and form it into a loaf.
- Grease a baking dish and place the loaf in it.
- Bake at 175 degrees C for 75 minutes.
- Mix the sugar, mustard powder and vinegar and pour it over the loaf.
- Bake again for 15 minutes.
