Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Ground Ham
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork (ground)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup dried Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Milk (evaporated)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
How to make Ham Loaf:
  • Mix the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly and form it into a loaf.
  • Grease a baking dish and place the loaf in it.
  • Bake at 175 degrees C for 75 minutes.
  • Mix the sugar, mustard powder and vinegar and pour it over the loaf.
  • Bake again for 15 minutes.
