Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fine Semolina Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Soft Butter
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup coarse Semolina Flour
How to make Harcha:
  • Take fine semolina flour with sugar, baking powder, salt, butter in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Mix in milk until it turns into soft dough.
  • Form the dough into balls and keep it aside for 2-3 min. Then flatten the balls and roll in the coarse semolina.
  • Heat a pan and cook the harcha on low flame for 7-10 min on both sides.
Suggestions:
Serve it hot.
