Ingredients:
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Gram Dal
  • 6-7 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Saunf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 cups Cabbage (finely grated)
How to make Healthy Cabbage:
  • In a mixer, grind all the ingredients (except cabbage and onion); set it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add oil, cabbage and onion; add little water.
  • Boil it till the water is reduced.
  • Now remove it from fire.
  • Sprinkle the prepared mixture; stir it well.
Suggestions:
Serve it with steamed brown rice.
