Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 5 pound boneless Pork Loin
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
How to make Herb Roasted Pork:
- Take the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl and mix. Coat the pork thoroughly with the mixture.
- In a saucepan take the sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water and soy sauce. Heat and stir constantly till it begins to bubble and thicken.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and bake for 3 hours in an oven preheated at 165 degrees C. During the last half hour of roasting baste the pork two to three times.
- Serve along with the remaining sauce.
