Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 5 pound boneless Pork Loin
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
How to make Herb Roasted Pork:
  • Take the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl and mix. Coat the pork thoroughly with the mixture.
  • In a saucepan take the sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water and soy sauce. Heat and stir constantly till it begins to bubble and thicken.
  • Place the pork in a roasting pan and bake for 3 hours in an oven preheated at 165 degrees C. During the last half hour of roasting baste the pork two to three times.
  • Serve along with the remaining sauce.
