Ingredients:
- 1 (15 ounces) can Garbanzo Beans (drained, liquid reserved)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Sesame Seeds
How to make Hummus:
- Take a blender and put in the garlic, garbanzo beans, garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin and olive oil.
- Blend this on a low speed and gradually add in reserved bean liquid, until the consistency is just right.
- Add in the lemon juice and blend so that it mixes completely.
- Place in a dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
