Ingredients:
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup dry Sherry
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Bay Leaf
How to make Hungarian Pork Chops:
  • Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Now coat the chops in flour.
  • Mix the sour cream, sherry, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf and paprika in a bowl.
  • In a skillet heat the oil and cook the chops till brown on both sides.
  • Pour the mixture over the chops in the skillet and simmer in low heat for 1 hour until the chops are tender.
