Ingredients:
- 1lb Pasta (cooked, chilled)
- 1 Boneless chicken breast (whole, cooked and cut into small pieces)
- 1 Green pepper (cut in small chunks)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 1 Celery (sliced thin)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper (ground)
- 1/4 cup Olives (green, stuffed)
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Kidney Beans
- 1/2 cup Peanuts or Walnuts (salt free)
- 1/2 cup Cheese Salad Dressing
How to make Italian Pasta Salad:
- Blend all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
