Ingredients:
  • 1lb Pasta (cooked, chilled)
  • 1 Boneless chicken breast (whole, cooked and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Green pepper (cut in small chunks)
  • 1 Carrot (grated)
  • 1 Celery (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 cup Olives (green, stuffed)
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 cup Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts or Walnuts (salt free)
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Salad Dressing
How to make Italian Pasta Salad:
  • Blend all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled.
