Serves 4
Ingredients:
  • ½ kg Lamb (ground)
  • 100 gm Lamb Fat
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Hot Pepper (ground)
  • ¼ cup Parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Mint Leaves
How to make Kefta:
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Keep it to the side for 1 hr.
  • Form the mixture into sausage shapes and pierce them in the skewer. Cook it over hot coals for around 5 min on each side.
  • Serve it hot with bread with tomato roasted pepper salad.
