Ingredients:
- 6 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup Jaggery (grated)
- 1 cup Rice Flour (sieved)
- 250 g of Oil or Vanaspati
How to make Koat Pitha:
- Mix the jaggery and the mashed bananas.
- Now fold the rice flour gradually into the banana-jaggery mixture.
- Heat the oil and spoon the batter into the hot oil on medium heat.
- Fry the pithas till they turn golden brown.
- Take them out of the oil and place them on tissue paper to drain out the excess oil.
