Ingredients:
- 5 medium Zucchini (sliced)
- 1 bunch Green Onions (sliced)
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Black Pepper (ground, to taste)
How to make Korean Squash:
- Combine zucchini, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sugar and sesame oil in a large pot.
- Add black pepper, to taste. Mix the ingredients.
- Cove the pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes till the zucchini turns tender.
