Ingredients:
- 500 gm Lamb (minced)
- 1 kg Cabbage (sliced)
- 3 Carrots (sliced)
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Black Peppers
- 2 Bouillon Cubes
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 2 Laurel Leaves
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1L Water
How to make Lamb Soup:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion with minced lamb.
- Take water in a fresh pan and get it to boil. Mix in all flavorings with bouillons.
- Pour into meat with vegetables and cook it on low flame for 2 hrs.
- Serve it hot with bread.
