Ingredients:
- 4 pills Low Calorie Sugar
- 1 Egg (whole)
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest (grated)
- 1 tbsp Butter (low fat)
How to make Low Fat Curd:
- Take a bowl and put lemon juice, whole egg, grated lemon zest, egg whites and low calorie sugar in it; whisk well.
- Take a saucepan and put butter in it.
- After the butter melts, add the above mixture and constantly whisk it for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer it to a bowl and serve it warm.
