Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Ice Cream (Vanilla)
  • 3 Green Apples (peeled and diced)
  • 1 Mango (peeled and diced)
  • 1/3 cup Refined Flour
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon (powdered)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
How to make Mango Crunch:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Apart from apple and mango, blend all the ingredients together.
  • Layer apple and mango pieces on the baking tray and spread mixture on it.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve with ice cream.
