- 1 large Mango (Peeled, Seeded and Diced)
- 3 Springs fresh Mint for garnish
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Freshly Grounded Star Anise
- 1 tsp Freshly Grounded Cardamom
