Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp dried Mint
- 1 (9 oz) package Beef Ravioli
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 (8 oz) container plain Whole Milk Yogurt
How to make Manti:
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add salt, mint and ravioli. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes till the ravioli floats to the surface of the water.
- Drain the ravioli and keep warm aside.
- Place a small saucepan on low heat and melt butter.
- Add sweet paprika and sauté.
- Mix garlic and yogurt.
- Place the warm ravioli on a serving platter.
- Pour the yogurt on top and ladle paprika butter to garnish.
- Serve thereafter.
