Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Yogurt (small)
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ¾ Green Chili (chopped)
- 1inch Ginger (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds (chopped)
- 15-20 Curry Leaves (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 ltr. Water
- Salt to taste
How to make Marathi Kadhi:
- Mix the gram flour,yogurt and whisk gently until no lamps.
- Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, water and mix well till uniform.
- Add ginger and chili into the above mixture.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves into the oil and fry for 10 seconds.
- Add yogurt mix and keep stirring till the boil comes.
- Take out from flame.

Serve with rice
