Ingredients:
- 500 g Steak
- 6 Red Chilies
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1-inch piece Ginger
- 4 Cloves
- 2-inch piece Cinnamon
- 3 Black Cardamoms, seeds
- ½ tsp Instant Tamarind
- 1 cup Water
- Salt, as per taste
How to make Masala Chili Fry:
- Take a small bowl and make a smooth paste of all ingredients (except meat and oil), using a little water.
- Now, marinate the meat with the masala paste for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry marinated meat for about 20 minutes.
- Add a cup of water to the pan and cook it on simmer till it is tender and the water has dried.
- Serve hot.
