Ingredients:
- 250 gm Fish Roe
- ½ medium sized Coconut (grated)
- 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 10 Shallots (chopped)
- 3cm piece of Ginger (chopped)
- 1 stalk of Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
How to make Meen Mutta Thoran:
- Take out the crust of the roe and slice it.
- Take ¼ cup of water , roe in a bowl and whip it nicely.
- Mix all the ingredients with roe except oil.
- Take oil in a pan. Put roe mixture and cook for 10-15 min. Continue stirring.
- Serve it hot.
