Ingredients:
- 250 g Methi (fresh Fenugreek Leaves)
- 50 g Besan (Gram Dal Flour)
- 50 g Wheat Flour
- 5 g Sesame (roasted)
- 1 tsp green Chilli and Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Curd
- A pinch of Sugar
- Salt as per taste
- A pinch of Soda
- Oil for cooking
How to make Methi Leaves Vada:
- Wash and cut fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
- Take a bowl mix the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
- Blend well adding water and make small balls.
- Deep fry these balls in hot oil.
Suggestions:
Serve with chutney and sauce.
