Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup pearl millet flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup sour milk
  • 4 Cups water
How to make Millet Porridge:
  • Combine the millet flour with half-cup water.
  • Transfer into a container and cover it.
  • Allow the mixture to stand for about 48 hours in a warm place.
  • Boil the remaining water and add flour mixture to it.
  • Stir and cook for about 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
  • Add sour milk and stir. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add sugar and serve.

I Find it easy and heard Millet is healthy. I'm put up at Chennai and wish to know in whcih SUpermarket Millet is available since I tried in Nilgris but I didnt get. Pl help me to get this. THank you
