Ingredients:
- ½ cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
- ½ cup Cauliflower (cut into florets)
- ¼ cup Radishes (sliced)
- ¼ cup Cucumber (sliced)
- 2 Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 Celery Stalk (diced)
- 5 Mushrooms (sliced)
- Little Parsley (chopped)
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (diced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
For Dressing
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 3 tbsp Soya Oil
- ½ Iceberg Lettuce
- ½ Rornaine Lettuce
How to make Mixed Salad:
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- To prepare the dressing, put all four ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix well.
- Now pour the dressing over the above prepared mixture.
- Flip the mixture slowly.
- Mixed salad is ready to be served
