Ingredients:
  • 400 gms Pork
  • 1/4 Cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon grass (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp Ground pepper
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • Fresh cabbage
How to make Moo Satay:
  • Wash the pork.
  • Cut it into pieces.
  • Mix lemon grass and turmeric.
  • Toss with the pork pieces.
  • Add coriander, cumin seeds, ground pepper, coconut cream and sea salt.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Char grill the pork pieces till done.
  • Serve with sauce.
