Ingredients:
  • 250 gm Green Chillies
  • 1½ cup Curd (Yogurt) (whipped)
  • Salt to taste
How to make Mulagu Kondattam:
  • Sink the chillies into boiling water and take out instantly.
  • Lay the chillies in a plate covered with muslin cloth. Place the plate in the sun for around 2 days.
  • Blend curd and salt to taste in a bowl.
  • Mix chillies to the curd and keep it aside for 2 hours.
  • Take out the chillies from curd mix and place the chillies in the plate.
  • Position the plate again in the sun until it is dried up completely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the dried chillies until crispy.
  • Serve it with hot rice and curry.
