Ingredients:
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 2½ cups Rolled Oats
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to make Oatcakes:
- Take a large bowl and mix brown sugar and butter in it.
- When the sugar starts to dissolve, add flour, rolled oats, vanilla extract and salt to it and mix again, so that all the ingredients are mixed properly and form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it in the desired shape.
- Now, bake it for 15 minutes, at 325 degrees F.
- Serve hot.
