Ingredients:
- 1 quart Kvas (Russian Beverage)
- 2 Cucumbers
- 7 oz Spring Onions
- 4 hard boiled Eggs
- 10 oz boiled Beef
- 4 oz lean Ham
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- Parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
How to make Okroshka:
- Slice or chop cucumbers, onions, eggs, beef, ham, and potatoes.
- Add them to kvas and squeeze a slice of lemon.
- Sprinkle salt and toss well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Garnish with parsley and sour cream. Serve chilled.
