Ingredients:
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 small piece Ginger (chopped)
- 1½ cups Gram Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Asafetida Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 4 Curry Leaves (chopped)
- ½ cup Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Onion Bhaji:
- Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl and mix well, adding 3 tsp water.
- Heat oil in a pan and add in small portions of the mixture. Fry until they turn reddish brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
