Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Vegetable Stock
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Thyme (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Plain Flour (maida)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
How to make Onion Thyme Soup:
- Take a saucepan and heat butter in it.
- Add sliced onions to it and saute well, till they become slightly brown in color.
- Now, add chopped thyme and flour to it and stir well.
- Add vegetable stock, salt and pepper to it and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot.
