Ingredients:
- 1 cup Yogurt/Curd
- A few Coriander Leaves
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small Cucumber (grated)
- 1 small Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
How to make Onion, Tomato and Cucumber Raita:
- Mix the onions, yogurt, tomatoes, cilantro leaves, cucumber, salt and pepper together.
- Take a skillet, add oil and fry the mustard seeds in it and add to the mixture. Stir well.
- Serve.
