Orange Glazed Carrots Recipe

Carrots need not always be had raw in salads. Occasionally a stir fry can really stir things up, especially when those baby carrots are glazed with orange marmalade.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Carrots (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Pecans (chopped)
How to make Orange Glazed Carrots:
- In a pot mix the carrots, water and salt.
- Cook for 2 hours.
- Drain and add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cook for another 30 minutes.
