Ingredients:
- 1 kg Fish fillets (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup cornflake crumbs
- 4 tsp Melted butter
How to make Oven Fried Fish:
- Combine milk and salt.
- Dip fish first, in milk and then, in crumbs.
- Arrange fish on an oiled shallow baking pan.
- Sprinkle each portion with a tsp of melted butter.
- Bake at 500°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
- Oven Fried Fish is ready.
