Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Fish fillets (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup cornflake crumbs
  • 4 tsp Melted butter
How to make Oven Fried Fish:
  • Combine milk and salt.
  • Dip fish first, in milk and then, in crumbs.
  • Arrange fish on an oiled shallow baking pan.
  • Sprinkle each portion with a tsp of melted butter.
  • Bake at 500°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
  • Oven Fried Fish is ready.
